Yes, for domestic customers only (USA). Non-US customers should contact us directly (email@example.com) for assistance. Customers wanting to make an exchange will have to place a new order containing the desired replacement(s). This new order is similar to making a refundable deposit that encourages customers to return exchanged merchandise in their original condition. After making a new order, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know you are making an exchange. A return pouch will be included with your new order and once we confirm we get the exchanged item at our office, we will refund the original order less $5 (less an additional $2 per t-shirt if exchanging more than one).Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, then unfortunately we can't offer any kind of exchange.
